Fair Use Policy

1. Rate Limits
Each Ecoanima plan includes specific rate limits (requests per second/minute). Exceeding these limits for extended periods may result in temporary throttling or suspension to maintain service stability for all users.
2. Concurrent Usage
Free and Starter plans limit concurrent requests. If you consistently need more concurrency, we recommend upgrading to a higher tier or contacting us for a custom plan.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not allowed: scraping websites that explicitly prohibit it, bypassing CAPTCHAs or access controls, initiating denial-of-service attacks, reselling API access as a competing service, or any illegal activity.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination without refund. We will notify you before taking enforcement action where possible.
