By accessing or using Ecoanima, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Ecoanima provides web scraping infrastructure including proxy networks, browser automation, and data extraction APIs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ecoanima for any illegal activity, to bypass access controls, to scrape websites that prohibit scraping in their terms of service, or to distribute malicious software. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

4. API Credits & Billing

API credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused credits do not roll over. We will bill you in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ecoanima is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or business interruption.
